Raghu Nandan, CEO and President                                                     

Raghu has over 20 years of experience in IT industry successfully managing multi-million dollar software development projects in his career. He has been a programmer, database administrator and project manager in software development projects for companies such as Travelers Insurance,  Pratt & Whitney and has experience in both financial and manufacturing sectors. He holds a master of science degree in Computer Science from Rensellear Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and a master of organizational management degree from Central Connecticut State University. He is married with two girls and resides in Westborough, MA

 

Abhay Chavan, CTO and EVP

Abhay has over 15 years of experience in software development, most recently as a vice president of strategic solutions with State Street. He has lead several software development groups to provide strategic and business pain specific software solutions while working at companies such as  State Street, PNC Global Solutions and Fidelity investments. He has a MBA from UMass, BS from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a PMP certification. He is married with two boys and resides in Westborough, MA

 

David Demanche, COO and SVP

David has over 18 years of experience as a municipal administrator. As an administrator, he was responsible for municipal operations including oversight for permitting and licensing. Most recently, he has served as Business Manager for the Cornerstone Academy in Northborough, MA. David has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. David resides in Uxbridge, MA with his wife Karen

Barbara has a technical background and BS degree (Northeastern University) and MSA in management of innovation and technology (Boston University).

Sam Schneider, Founder

Sam has more than 25 years of experience in senior level technical management in a variety of small and mid-sized organizations primarily within high-growth, rapidly changing environments. Over the course of his career Sam has led the IT function at established publicly traded companies, non-profit organizations (MSPCA/Angell Memorial) and “start-up” companies such as Achievement Technologies (where he also served as CTO and was responsible for product development and support), and EqualLogic (acquired by Dell Computer). Sam has a BA from Tufts and an MBA from Boston University.
